Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our website, email, or authorized agents.
Full payment or a confirmed deposit is required to secure your booking.
Payment can be made via online transfer, credit/debit card, or other accepted methods.
Prices are subject to change until payment is received and the booking is confirmed.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customer-Initiated Cancellation:
Cancellation more than 30 days before travel: 80% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellation 15–30 days before travel: 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 15 days before travel: No refund.
Third-Party Services:
Refunds for hotels, flights, transportation, or other third-party bookings will be processed
as per the respective distributor’s or B2b Partner policy.
Any non-refundable charges levied by the service providers will be deducted from the refund.
Company-Initiated Cancellation:
In case we cancel a tour, customers will receive a full refund or can choose an alternative travel date.
Refund Processing:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.
Bank or transaction charges are non-refundable.
Travel Documents
Customers must ensure they have valid identification, travel documents, visas, and permits as required.
We are not responsible for denied entry due to missing or invalid documentation.
Travel Changes
Itinerary changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, political unrest, natural calamities).
We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternatives, but cannot be held liable for additional costs incurred.
Health and Safety
Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip.
We recommend travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and loss of belongings.
Liability
We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during travel unless due to proven negligence by the company.
Customers are advised to take necessary precautions and follow local rules and guidelines.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, war, or pandemics.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be governed by the laws of India.
Both parties agree to seek amicable resolution before approaching courts.
